Preparing for RoboFold production process.

1. Create Designs: Create a card model or 3D model (the 3D model should have surfaces that can unroll without stretching or splitting)

2. Select Materials: We fold 1.5mm Aluminium with the robots. We can also cut and fold polypropylene by hand for you.

3. Select Features: Include detailing of the type of joining e.g. rivets, bolts, clips, welding.

4. Select Score Type: We cut with a V-cutter or create perforations.

5. Send us your design: We need 5-10 photos of your model; a 2D fold pattern and the 3D model (DXF or 3DM). We are happy to sign a confidentaility agreement first if you require us to.
